Eligibility for Returns

  • All original tags must still be attached to the item. If tags have been removed, the item will not be eligible for return or refund.

Refund Conditions

  • We do not offer refunds for items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Order Processing and Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time of order confirmation.

  • Shipping times are estimated to be 7-14 business days. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Items returned after 14 days from receipt.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Items without original tags attached.
